DAU Chibi Syllabus

This is my info about my chibis class!

You will find ALL assignments in my gallery folder labeled "dA University".
If you can't find the assignment, just let me know and I'll link you.

Schedule

I am available every day after 1:00 p.m. Central Time (US Time) for any help you may need or a Join.Me Session if you need extra tutoring.

I also always answer my messages every day, so if you message me when I'm not online, I'll get to it the next day most likely.

Grading Procedure:

I will never grade on quality, I will only grade how much you have learned, or if you applied what I taught/explained. You don't have to be a manga artist to pass my class.
Though, I would like effort as well!

Assignments and the Final Exam. This is how it will work:

You'll have an overall Assignments grade, and then whatever you get on your Final Exam will count THREE TIMES in that grade. So if you got a zero on it, you got 3 zeroes in the grade book...
Make sure you do well!

Assignments are going to last about 1-2 weeks depending on the assignment. These will be the main lessons and what I really need turned in on time and such.
If it is NOT turned in on time, then it will be an automatic 20 points off for the first week that it's not turned in. If it takes more than a week to get in, I take off 50 instead of 20.(I hope this isn't too harsh, but you need to turn them in on time so you can practice the other tutorials/lessons!)

Extra Credit is received according to what I say the extra credit is during the current assignment time. If we're practicing expressions and you do a few extra more, extra credit! (most likely) And there will always be a limit because I want quality, not quantity.

The Final Exam is the exam at the very end of the semester and will count three times in your final grade. I know it sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. I'm sure I'll be an easy course to pass.

When turning in an assignment to me, you may either note me your finished assignments or submit them to The-DA-University (I'm an admin there, so I will be notified.)

I also have a twitter AzeeraTheNinja and I will update there as well either in personal life (so you can know if I'll be gone or something) or if a new assignment has been posted and etc.

Needed Supplies

You can draw either traditionally or digitally, as long as the quality of the picture is high enough for me to see the details in your drawings.

You will most likely need some sort of color pencils if you're doing this traditionally, and if you're doing this digitally I would suggest a tablet. Do not do this digitally through a mouse or touch pad. It's challenging and doesn't show me how well you draw, just how good you are at moving your mouse across the screen with your pointer finger.
